24 Mths Limited Warranty Information
Arcade Games Sydney Product Warranty is for all sales in Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific Islands. The period is two (2) Years or 24mths Limited Warranty from the date of invoice to the final customer.
Arcade Games Sydney warrants that the Arcade Machines including VR, and Racing Products are delivered in the latest revision, free of defect arising from design, material or workmanship.
Arcade Games Sydney support obligation is limited to the repair or replacement of any faulty Parts on return of the device to their nominated workshop in the original packaging. The obligation only entails faulty items which are not results of:
- Faults or negligence of the user
- Improper or unauthorized use of the Machine
- Attempts to repair the equipment by the user or other unauthorized persons
- Causes external to the equipment or part thereof such as, but not limited to, power failure, Catastrophes or unusual environmental conditions.
- Causes due to Power Supply Failure when there is no surge Protector used in between the Arcade Machine and the Wall Outlet .
- Consumables, such as parts like Joystick, Buttons affected by normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
- The 2 years Limited Warranty Covers the Electronic Boards, PSU, Transformer only.
- PSU (Power Supply Unit) Failure is not covered unless a surge protector of some type is used in between the wall power outlet and the Device.
- Other items such as Joysticks, Buttons, LCD Screen or Display, Coin Mechanisms, Hard drive, Cabinet, Chassis are only covered for 6 Months
- As AGS arcade machines includes a large numbers of Free Games in every Arcade or Pinball Machine bundle ,an error of margin of between 5 to 10% of the total number of games is to be expected to not to be operational. Whilst all care is taken no guarantees are provided for 100% of the free included games to be operational. Prior to committing to Purchase Please check with us that your favorite games are included and operational. Warranty will only cover when the number of games not operational is greater than 10% of the total number advertised.
- All workshop time, labor and part is covered under the warranty although any travel or onsite time and labor is invoiced at the current Callout and service rate.
- For any Arcade Machines if Sold with Onsite warranty ,All parts will be covered although Additional costs for Travel to and from site will apply if outside of Greater Sydney and or outside of any listed Free delivery Area.
